Our Approach to Marketing
CORPS ENTERPRISES DOES NOT REQUIRE A CONTRACT!
Since we offer a wider range of tools when approaching marketing challenges, strategic actions are continually monitored and modified or changed to meet the specific needs of “now”. Our clients stay with us because they want to, not because they have to. It is not unusual for us to maintain a long working relationship with clients for many years.
Having had copywriters, designers, public relations’ specialists and support personnel on staff, the agency principal knew there had to be a way of offering our clients the best services and products anywhere without them spending more. After researching business models of a variety of companies, the bulb turned on. There is a common thread. While a “teacher is a teacher”, one does not take an experienced English teacher and change them to teaching math. Each person had the knowledge and experience to perform specific duties within an industry. This conclusion required the implementation of new marketing strategies. With a varied client list representing many types of unrelated industries, staff personnel had been asked to produce credible materials for industries in which they were not familiar.
For example, how does a staff designer produce the best industry specific materials for a national mechanical engineering firm and then asked to create an effective print ad for a car dealership? This is the way most agencies are structured…you use the staff you have. Do we really giving clients full value, when asking a staff member to write copy for a group of physicians selling integrated medical office software and marketing it to other doctors and their next project is investment banking? While the final products had been very good, the agency principal wanted “great”!
With a much smaller staff, the agency began using carefully selected industry specific individuals and small companies that specialized in different industries. This new structure made it possible to give each client the absolute best product(s) for their industry.
Corps Enterprises listens to calls and reads emails, primarily from the internet, on a daily basis. This alerts us to potential problems that cost your company sales. We take immediate action to modify and/or set up new procedures including retraining personnel. It is less expensive to try and retrain present staff than having to start over with new employees.
Corps Enterprises monitors the effectiveness of lead providers. We do not work with ones that require long-term contracts and can sometimes negotiate “try before you buy”.
